 What to expect throughout the day

 Join us for the ultimate St. Patrick's Day celebration! Our party guarantees an unforgettable experience with live music that will get you on your feet and dancing all day long. Don't miss the chance to kiss the Blarney Stone for good luck, or maybe a blessing from Saint Patrick himself. Contests for best red hair provided by Salon La Vie or Best Knee's and biggest leprechaun sponsored by Oxford Hall , the 3rd annual Pet Parade. Tattoo pop up by American Anchor. Face Painting for the kids, a magic show. Explore a variety of craft and food vendors offering an Irish flair. All your favorite drinks at Dead Lightning, Wild Rabbit, Fratellis, Legion, VFW and Nicks.

THE 4th ANNUALNSKYLER MONTGOMERY YOUTH TROUT DAY!

Join us for a great day of fun and fishing!

 On Saturday, March 28, 2026, The Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission (PFBC) will hold its annual Mentored Youth Trout Fishing Day statewide to encourage local kids to get outside, enjoy fishing, or learn how to fish, The New Cumberland Olde Towne Association along with Nicks 114, Culley's Landscaping and Dead Lightning Distillery will be hosting a special event at Borough Park along the Yellow Breeches Creek.  This free event from 8 a.m. to Noon will include FREE rods and reel combos, fishing tackle giveaways, light refreshments, and fishing assistance from seasoned anglers.


About Mentored Youth Trout Day

To participate in the PFBC’s Mentored Youth Trout Fishing Day, anglers under age 16 must obtain a free Mentored Youth Trout Fishing Permit or purchase a 2023 Voluntary Youth Fishing License ($2.97) and be accompanied by a licensed adult.  Adult mentors accompanying youth anglers must have a valid fishing license ($25.47) and trout permit ($12.47).  Youth anglers may keep up to two trout, while adult mentors must practice catch-and-release fishing.  Adults are not permitted to fish unless accompanying a child who is fishing.  Fishing licenses, permits, and more information are available at www.FishandBoat.com. We will have people day of helping others sign up if necessary but please try and do it before coming.

Over time, our passion and dedication grew, and we became a recognized volunteer organization. Today, we work with hundreds of volunteers and community partners to create a better future for all.
